The location was great for St Austell, very close to St Austell city centre, local tourist spots and other surrounding villages of interest, and the Eden Project. Explored Holy Trinity Church, that is located relatively close to the hotel.

The hotel was fairly clean with particularly good location to an event at the Eden Project and compact rooms. Location just off the Cornish coast, St Austell itself and the station and town centre.

It was very clean with helpful staff. When we came, the owner met us and was friendly. Café Old Forge Cafe was located 5 minutes walk away. There is a lovely garden. Everything about our stay was great, we will be back.
